We are searching for a talented English speaker to join our Customer Support and Compliance department. Our team is formed of young and talented professionals; their dedication and energy are both appreciated by clients and rewarded by management.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring the proper level of customer support the company provides;
  • Ensure professional internal and external communication;
  • Optimize the processes of the department continuously;
  • Improve teams' efficiency;
  • Keep health atmosphere in the team;
  • Motivate and encourage the team;
  • Meet KPIs expectations;
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • Control and analyze the performance results;

 

Requirements:

 

  • People management experience (teams, up to 15 subordinates);
  • Working experience as a customer service manager, retail manager or call-center manager;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Customer/Client Focus;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • MS Office;
  • Excellent knowledge of English - both spoken and written - is a must;
