Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced written English
• Strong communication and analytical skills
  
• Understanding the IT field
• Knowledge of freelancing exchanges
• Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Understanding the difference between UI/UX, front-end, back-end
• Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
  
• Skills in effective communication, building business communications
• Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on the result, the desire to work and earn

You will need:

• Searching for clients on freelance platforms
• Establishing contacts with new customers
  
• Analyze IT needs of clients
  
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  
• Manage contract negotiations, answer typical customer questions;
  
• Analysis & Increase in sales of the company (cross sales)

• Execution of documentation
