Experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM (ITIL) domain.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies.

Proficiency in Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Feasibility Study and Impact Analysis.

Excellent Analytical skills to understand and analyze the business processes, requirements and extensive experience in documenting them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents using UML approaches.

Expertise in defining Business Requirements based on the scope of projects including documentation of constraints, assumptions, business impacts, project risks, dependencies & scope exclusions.

Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.

Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Stakeholders.

Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio(or similar).

4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Product owner/Head of product

Excellent communication skills, good English

ServiceNow knowledge is also helpful

As a respected mature Business Analyst, we expect you to take of the following:


  • Conduct interview with customers, collect, prepare and link data analysis

  • Generate business value analysis for our customers

  • Cross-team collaboration to collect inputs and share results

  • Preparation of business requirements for the software development

  • Translation of business requirements into specific deliverables: use cases, business process description, functional specification, etc.

  • Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs.

  • Work collaboratively with the UX Designer to build user experience and user interfaces

  • Monitor solution implementation and conduct internal and external solution acceptance;

  • Evaluate business analysis processes and give proposals for improvement. Establish and follow requirements lifecycle processes

  • Participate and contribute to release process, provide necessary documentation, screencasts and other materials required for consulting, marketing and sales.
