'Sika Ukraina' is looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager in the Kyiv office
Key responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (in and outgoing mail: e-mails, letters, packages ect.) reception of business partners;
- Manage office infrastructure and availability of office supply;
- Preparation and translation of letters, contracts;
- Support general manager, business unit directors and other employees in administrative issues.
Requirements:
- Languages: Ukrainian or Russian native, fluent English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Reliable, punctual and honest person, friendly and open attitude;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Independent working attitude.
