Customer Support Representative

P1:K is an innovative product IT company having ambitious and fresh ideas. We run a number of interesting projects, and currently, we are seeking to hire a Customer Support Representative for Unicheck (https://unicheck.com/).

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must
  
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian is a must
  
• Sales experience will be a plus
  
• Participation in exchange programs or summer camps in English-speaking countries is a plus
  
• Analytical skills
  
• Previous customer support experience would be an advantage
  
• Intermediate Spanish would be plus
  
• Readiness to have flexible schedule (mornings, days, nights and weekends included)
  
• Responsible and attentive to details
  
• Efficient and structured
  
• Desire to work and learn
  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, chats and emails, outcoming calls
  
• Use sales skills to promote our product to prospective customers
  
• Resolve customer queries
  
• Analyze data and submit reports
