Being one of the best business hotels in Kyiv, ALFAVITO Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent eager to gain valuable experience in hospitality

Main responsibilities:

• Greet, check in and settle guest account while ensuring all service standards are followed;
• Respond to telephone calls and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and guest concerns;
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way;
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• To be an energetic team-player;
• Good communicative skills;
• Decision making skills
• High level of responsibility;
• Experience in hospitality (preferable)
• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian & English (Upper-Intermediate);
