Junior Business Analyst, Client Support Specialist

Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Silver Partner) is inviting talented professionals to join our growing team as a Client Support Specialist/Consultant to work with MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Required skills:

  • Written and verbal English level is upper intermediate or higher;
  • Proven attention to details;
  • Ability to work independently;

Ideally:

  • Previous experience in any technical role such as system administrator, technical support, functional consultant, web designer etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and learn business process, research best practices;
  • Collect functional requirements and translate into technical requirements;
  • Assist development team in customization of Dynamics 365 CRM forms, fields, reports and other for generating a pleasant user experience;
  • Break-down client functionality requirements into 1 - 4h tasks (from text, audio, video);
  • Coordinate and facilitate daily scrum meetings, product demonstrations;
  • Ensure project progress and details are updated and reviewed with customers regularly;
  • Engage with the end customer, establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship;
  • Construct visual models to capture user requirements and business process flows.
