What You Will Do:

• Development and management of IT solutions at the company level; 

• Monitoring of IT market and innovations;

• Development and management of internal used IT resources and services;

• Ensuring the stable operation of computer hardware and software;

• Management of employee satisfaction with IT services and solutions; 

• Risk and security management;

• Development and implementation of a system of security, confidentiality and control of data protection;

• Setting tasks to direct subordinates and monitoring their implementation; 

• Development of internal regulations documentation for teamwork improvement and production efficiency;

• Management of employees' expectations and motivation

What You Need for this Position:

• 3+ years experience on a relevant position;

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure administration (Group policy, Wsus, System Center CM, BackOffice)

• At least 5+ years of experience working with administration of Linux, Windows, virtualization systems (VMWare),

• Experience with web-servers (Apache, Nginx);

• Experience with any DBMS ( MSSQL, MySQL, etc.);

• Experience in advanced administration of Jira, Confluence, SVN;

• Experience with active network equipment (Mikrotik, Cisco), setting up VPN, WiFi;

• Experience in writing technical documentation;

• Knowledge of mail servers (GSuite), antispam systems;

• Knowledge of the principles of the functioning of TCP / IP;

• Knowledge of PC architecture, ability to perform unit testing and replacement of failed components

• Strong knowledge in modern security trends ISO 27001 

Will be a plus:

• Programming skills in scripting languages and general languages, knowledge of SQL;

• Deep understanding of networks / distributed computing environments;

• Understanding the principles of routing, client-server programming;

• Experience in the development of distributed networked data warehouses;

• Knowledge of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
