Product Manager Tractor
- 1. Main tasks
- Sales support.
- Preparation of product argumentation.
- Preparation of special training programs for company's and dealers' employees and clients (in cooperation with CLAAS Academy).
- Support of marketing in preparation of brochures, handouts, articles.
- Participation in marketing activities - exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other events.
- Certification and conformity procedures (preparation of documents, approving of programs, technical support of machinery tests).
- Market research and monitoring of trends in crop production, in stock-breeding and other agricultural sectors.
- Forecast of demand and definition of tractors' specifications.
- Forecast of agricultural production development.
- Communication with manufacturer concerning development of products, specifications and production program for Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
- 2. Required key qualifications
- Agricultural/Engineering education.
- Min. five years of experience in related functions.
- Very good knowledge in navigation systems and precision farming.
- 3. Required IT knowledge
- SAP: would be an advantage.
- MS Office: experienced user.
- 4. Required language skills
- Fluent English.
- 5. Required personal skills
- Analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Team player.
- Responsibility.
- Creativity.
- Readiness for frequent business trips in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
