Our company hosts different teams that work on offering various web development solutions, graphic design and marketing solutions, international sales & e-commerce projects (software/hardware mobile servicing solutions, tools & equipment for electronics engineers, spare parts for cell phones and other electronic devices, automotive electronics, etc.)




  • Work experience in client technical support
  • Higher education degree (degree in engineering preferred)
  • Service center manager experience
  • Knowledge of basics of radio engineering, soldering equipment
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Intermediate English (B1)
  • Effective self-organization skills, disciplined approach, resilience
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients
  • Knowledge of 1C at the user level (basic)
  • Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Process orders
  • Provide technical support to company employees
  • Handling returns
