Technical Support Specialist

Our company hosts different teams that work on offering various web development solutions, graphic design and marketing solutions, international sales & e-commerce projects (software/hardware mobile servicing solutions, tools & equipment for electronics engineers, spare parts for cell phones and other electronic devices, automotive electronics, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience working in client technical support or service center
• Higher education degree (degree in engineering preferred)
• Basic knowledge of radio-frequency engineering, soldering equipment
• Advanced computer skills
• Analytical mindset
• Intermediate English (B1)
• Effective self-organization skills, disciplined approach, ability to handle stress
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of 1C
  
• Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers
• Process orders
• Provide technical support to company employees
• Handle returns
