DesignerInc is a private online wholesale marketplace for the US professional interior design industry. It is the only online marketplace of it's kind and is growing quickly.


The Role


A Customer Success and Order Processing Representative provides knowledgeable product quote information and empathetic support to our customers. You manage your own queue of tickets to answer questions and process product quote requests, understand customer operations, offer guidance and best practices, help new users get implemented, and analyze concerns and returns. You will also work with our vendors and partners to get the information you need for our users and to navigate any returns that need to be processed.


This is a fast paced role that requires smart, efficient thinking and processes!




Interact with Professional Interior Designers via email and phone

Continually expand the number of problems you are able to resolve unassisted

Respond to all quote requests, emails and calls in a timely manner

Provide outstanding customer service for website questions and issues

Ability to work during US business hours

Ability to work full-time hours and occasionally more

Maintain availability to work various hours including weekends occasionally

Adherence to specific deadlines

Remain comfortable and congenial under fast-paced conditions

Other duties as assigned




Experience interacting with people in the United States via email and/or phone (required)


Skills & Knowledge


Excellent oral and written English communication skills (required)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (required)

Basic computer skills (required)

Familiarity with Google Drive (preferred)

Capable of multi-tasking (required)

Ability to think, learn, and solve problems quickly (required)

Basic computer troubleshooting or electronics background (required)

Technical mindset for troubleshooting issues (required)

Organizational ability (required)

Wholesale marketplace operations knowledge (preferred)
