Retention representative

International regulated consulting company Master Call LLC is looking for responsible, hard-working and goal-oriented English Retention!

Responsibilities:

• Phone conversations with existing customers (hot leads);

• Analysis of financial markets and preparation of analytical forecasts on a daily basis;

• Individual work with clients, presentation, consultation, support, work with complaints;

• Working with the CRM system;

Requirements:

• High level English (upper-intermediate+) — MUST;

• Experience in retention (at least 3 months) — MUST;

• Proactive approach to life, teamwork skills;
