Middle/Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to join our team and work with a large-scale e-commerce project (US market).

It is a position for self-organized, assiduous and highly motivated professionals who would like to develop their career in the international IT company.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis - Analyze Sales, Profit Margins, business flow, product distribution, etc;
• Experience with either eCommerce or Logistics, preferably both;
• Experience with MySQL to pull data for research or Graphics(UX) aptitude towards drawing wireframes, preferably both;
• Ability to document processes in English and deliver a concise picture to stakeholders (PM, Developers, QA);
• Communication directly with the Client and developing team;
• Develop, document and prioritize business requirements;
• Assist the team by clarifying the requirements, present requirements to the team;
• Deliver a presentation on the implemented solution to the customer;
• Visualize workflows of the developed solution.

Requirements:

• Minimum years of proven experience in business analysis, project management, performance measurement;
• Basic understanding of SDLC;
• Experience in e-commerce project for US market;
• High proficiency, clear communication, change management;
• Knowledge of reporting methodologies is a plus;
• English - Upper Intermediate (speaking and writing);
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
