Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining the office, arranging and ensuring necessary repairs;
  • Managing suppliers (food, tea, stationary, etc);
  • Participating in travel arrangements for company employees;
  • Organizing and coordinating guest's visits;
  • Cooperation with the HR department;
  • Assistance in organization of corporate events;
  • Personal assistance to top management

Requirements:

 

  • Higher education;
  • English Intermediate (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive);
  • Previous experience in administrative area
  • Good communication skills, attentiveness, responsible attitude to work, high level of self-organization
