Application Support Specialist (English speaking)

Evolvice GmbH (www.evolvice.de) is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our growing development team in Kyiv. This position is the primary point of contact for internal Evolvice customers. The support specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customers' issues or routing to them to the appropriate IT department.

Required skills:

• Previous experience with Technica/Application support
• Strong written and spoken English (at least Upper intermediate level)
• Experience with bug tracking systems
  
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills that can be tailored to the client's needs
• Understanding of client-server architecture, Web and Network technologies
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
• Knowledge of basic SQL queries
• Perfect troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace with changing priorities
• Ability to learn and support complicated applications and systems

As a plus

• Good German language will be a great plus (on upper intermediate level)
• Degree in Technical field

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and resolve customer's issues via telephone, email, skype
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues related to our applications
• Work closely with other departments to assure smooth operation in order to maximize the value provided to our customers
• Use the existing collection of help, troubleshooting and how-to articles, as well as gained experience, when resolving issues
• Contribute to the body of knowledge by creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and other technical documents
• Form relationships with our customers to better their support experience
