Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries;

· Guide callers to the right person or department;

· Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;

· Maintaining security by following procedures, issuing visitor badges;

· Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;

· Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;

· Maintaining and scheduling conference room;

· Serving coffee or tea to guests;

· Ordering supplies;

· Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;

· Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages.

REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent spoken and written English;

· Strong PC user (MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet) and office equipment user;

· Good communication skills.
