Office manager
An international company is looking for an office manager
Requirements:
- Organization skills;
- Independence in decision making;
- Multitasking, flexibility;
- English at a high level;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel;
- Sociability;
- Business Etiquette;
- Experience in a similar position will be plus
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the work of the whole office;
- Coordination of the work of all office services (couriers, administrators, drivers, technical workers, etc.);
- Meeting the visitors;
- Administrative and economic support of all employees of the office;
- Conducting office work, preparation of various reports;
- Maintenance of office expenses, document circulation of payments;
- Organization of holidays and other corporate events;
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the office;
- Time management of the CEO's schedule - a reminder and ensuring the process (tasks control, research the information).
