Our company is looking for Customer support manager.
The position requires you to work as part of a team, responsible for delivering friendly and informative support through phone, email and live chat channels.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese, English will be a plus
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and attentive to details
- Quick to learn
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Previous experience in a customer service environment would be a great advantage
- Positive and friendly person.
Duties:
- Respond to and provide assistance to customers (calls, chats and emails)
- Resolve problems by applying established policies and procedures
- No cold calls!
