Customer Support Specialist (Night shifts)

Our product is an online hotel booking platform, which generates unique offers for each client according to the match by crunching big data.

• Night shifts 17.00-03.00 or 21.00-06.00 or 23.00-08.00 (5 days per week, 2 days off will be flexible)

Required skills:

• Excellent command of English - advanced English (both written and spoken) is a must
• Good communication and problems solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with different kind of people
• Logical mindset, ability to set priorities and understand the sequence of actions needed

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of other languages is a plus (French, Chinese or Spanish)
   
  

Responsibilities:

• You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients' service with following key duties (but not limited with the list):
• Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details
• Investigating booking reservation details
• Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support)
• Making new booking reservations
