Customer Support representative with English

We are looking for Customer Support representative with English.
The proper candidate would have:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the willingness to learn;
- Must be a team player and work well with others;
- Be organized and responsible;
- Great customer service skills;
- Effective listening skills;
- Enthusiastic personality!
Experience in the following is a plus but not required:
- Customer Service;
- Retail/Sales;
- Marketing/Advertising;
- Management/Leadership Skills;
What will you have to do:
- Deliver high-quality services to our clients around the globe;
- Answer calls, live chats and emails;
- Research required information using available resources (Company's CRM);
- Manage and resolve client complaints;
- Provide clients and prospects with product and service information;
- Enter new client information into system and update existing client information;
- Process orders, forms and applications;
- Identify and escalate priority issues;
- Route calls and chats to appropriate resource;
- Resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreements
