Travel Manager (tickets, hotels) / Business Aviation

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Travel Manager of aviation company, your primary focus will be on managing aircraft Crew members accommodation, concierge services, transportation, airline positionings and arranging worldwide business trips for company team members in all locations. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the knowledge of business travel algorithms. You are a communicative and friendly person who loves working in the corporate travel field and sees this as a long-term career goal. Your primary goal is to provide excellent services and are always ready to go an extra mile to make it happen

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage travel arrangements as required for external clients and internal employees
  
• Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel
  
• Work with cross-functional departments to make sure efficient and smooth travel support
  
• Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors
  
• Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation)
  
• Prepare and types reports, bookings and all necessary relevant information
  
• Coordinate with Operations Dispatch Team to match and exceed client expectations setting up arrangements as required
  
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
  
• Assist accounting department to ensure accurate charges apply for invoicing

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as corporate travel manager or tourism manager, at least 2 years' experience working in a travel environment
  
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
  
• Knowledge of Travel & Expense reporting and processing, experience in Airline Ticketing and Hotel booking
  
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
  
• Fluent English both written and verbal
  
• Additional languages shall be considered as advantage
  
• Degree in Travel (desirable)
  
• University degree (desirable)
