Click Aviation Network is currently looking for an Accountant to ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently manage the processing of invoices, follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
• Ensure and check the validity of the invoices raised against the approval.
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Analyze and maintain the customer accounts reconciliation.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Research and resolve accounts issues with suppliers and customers.
• Performing duties in compliance company and department policies and procedures, internal controls requirements.
• Preparing ad hoc financial reporting request, other analysis and special projects as requested by management.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests as needed.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills (practiced capability/behaviors)

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Knowledge of electronic spreadsheets
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the airline/aviation industry (desirable)
  
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian

Experience

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

Qualification

• Degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience
