IT Support Specialist

Maxitech is looking for driven and successful IT Support Specialist to join our IT Department.

Maxitech is a software product company. Maxitech team's target is developing software solutions maximizing the performance of the core business. Major customer of our products is leading online trading companies. Its users make thousands of trades every month.

Our company's headquarters is in Tel Aviv while R&D office is in Kyiv. Current team size is 40+ people. New products development we start in 2018 requires team to grow for additional 50 people this year. We are looking for software development experts ready to bring their knowledge and contribute to building the new, best in the class software product.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and maintaining computers' park (100+ Windows based machines)
• Fixing workstations issues (reinstall software, drivers, replace broken parts)
• Daily supporting users, handling complaints
  
• Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  

We are seeking YOU in case you have:

Obligatory:

• Deep knowledge working with Office 365 in GUI, powershell is advantage.
• Good understanding of OSI Model Layers
• Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken English is a must
• Knowledge and experience with active directory and windows server features: GPO, DNS, DHCP
• Familiar with VoIP Solutions
• Experience with business Routers, firewalls and switches configuration
• Knowledge with powershell is preferred.
• Certificates (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) or equivalent knowledge is preferred
