We have a vacancy of Junior Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to our customers and partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform quality checking on telecommunication trunks
Analyze testing results and search for quality deviations
Communicate with customers (via e-mail) and provide efficient support
REQUIREMENTS:
At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
Proficient PC and Internet user
Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach
Stress resistance
Multi-functionality and ability to work in different systems at the same time
Ability to work independently and put proper priorities
Drive for excellence, fast learner, desire to over-deliver
Previous work experience in customer care or technical support is a plus but not necessary
