Junior Support Engineer

We have a vacancy of Junior Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to our customers and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform quality checking on telecommunication trunks

• Analyze testing results and search for quality deviations

• Communicate with customers (via e-mail) and provide efficient support

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

• Proficient PC and Internet user

• Organized working style, with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach

• Stress resistance

• Multi-functionality and ability to work in different systems at the same time

• Ability to work independently and put proper priorities

• Drive for excellence, fast learner, desire to over-deliver

• Previous work experience in customer care or technical support is a plus but not necessary
