We are looking for HSEQ Coordinator to join our team in Lviv office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify HSE improvements where relevant and possible.
• Internal consultant on HSE awareness in the region.
• Facilitate, monitor, support, assist and advise the MD & Director HSE that the established HSE Management Systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, ISO14001 standards and applicable Laws and Regulations.
• Ensure monthly metrics reporting (i.e. report on: site safety visits, (internal) audits, client satisfaction reporting, non-conformance reporting, unsafe action / situation reporting, incident reporting, lessons learnt and worked hours) of the Tebodin offices Region-wide is done.
• Perform (trend) analysis of the monthly metrics reporting, identify areas of improvement and monitor proper follow-up by the relevant Tebodin office.
• Initiation, planning, preparation and execution of internal and third party audits regarding HSE in order to monitor the functioning of the HSE Management Systems and performance of the Tebodin organization region-wide.
• Checking, analyzing and registering Non Conformity Reports; monitor and track progress on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordination and preparation of the annual regional Management Review and HSE plan, for approval by the MD.
• Regular reporting on the follow up and execution of the annual HSE Plan.
• Facilitate, monitor, support, assist and advise HSE on discipline departments and projects (e.g. procurement) where applicable.
• Guidance for HSE training.
• Immediate accident (if any) reporting to the Director HSE and to the TME Management.
• Registration of unsafe actions, situations, (near) accidents and environmental incidents.
• Keeps a register of hazardous materials when such materials are present in the offices.
• Inspects the offices each year on a regular basis on HSE aspects and reports his finding to the respective ODs.
• Communicate all HSE reports, developments, trends etc. to the employees.

 Required knowledge and experience:

• Educational qualification: Bachelor/Master (depending on discipline and length of work experience, ISO/OHSAS Lead Audition;
• Work experience: from > 5 year (depending on discipline and educational qualification);
• Knowledge of / experience with: activities and background related to the discipline.
