Infopulse welcomes talented and ambitious professionals to join the team as Engagement manager.


We are looking for social and creative team players with an innovative, business oriented and enterprising mindset. The position requires that you are proficient in English and you have proven presentation skills.


Responsibilities for Engagement manager position will include (but are not limited to):


Hold end-to-end responsibility for the client relations including the following:

  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage client expectations
  • Promote Infopulse positions inside the client organization to develop fruitful "win-win" cooperation between the companies
  • Process all issues and escalations if any appears from the client side
  • Manage financial part of the cooperation (rates, contractual positions, costs, budgets, etc.)
  • Control of contracting and invoicing process
  • Responsible for P&L in his accounts

Active participation in pre-sales and business development activities:

  • Manage bidding process
  • Participates in meetings and presentations to win new clients

Perform supervision over projects and deliveries portfolio:

  • Ensure effectiveness of delivery process including proper usage of methodology and tools in the outsourcing team
  • Processing of issues escalated by the team
  • Responsible for proper reporting

Manage outsourcing team:

  • Responsible for the delivery team staffing according to the client needs
  • Perform regular evaluation of the team members including salary revision
  • Ensure people management and promotion from Infopulse side


Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:


  • Proven successful experience in managing teams of 20+ engineers in software development
  • Good understanding of project management and software development processes (including modern Agile approach), Enterprise Applications landscape, IT operation/integration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Strong commitment to producing business values for both company and client
  • Great knowledge of technology stacks, architecture view on business things; optimally: a development experience in the past
  • Ability to link business to technical things
  • Advanced leadership and people management abilities
  • Proactive, result oriented personality, ability to think "outside of the box"
