Expanding our Recruiters team with an IT Recruiter specialist in Kiev office.

Our office in Ukraine is located in Kharkiv and Kiev. We search for a team player with experience in IT recruiting.

Your skills and qualifications

• 1+ year experience in IT recruiting
• Conducting the full life cycle of recruiting
• Ability to evaluate the soft skills of the candidate and "sell" the vacancy according to their motivation
• Knowledge of searching sources and creative sourcing strategies
• Ability to make priorities in a multitasking working process
• Ability to efficiently allocate working time and work with priorities, effectively handle multitasking
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking
• Strong decision-making skills
• English conversational is a must
• Good humor is a must ;)
