HR practitioner in P&G is responsible for building people and leadership capability, developing an adaptive and high-reaching organization and creating a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company.

As our business is growing, we need to have a strong organization behind. As HR Intern you will get a project in one of core areas of HR expertise:

• Talent Identification and Development;
• Labor Relations;
• Effective Communications;
• Organization Planning and Effectiveness;
• Team capability;
• Rewards and Recognition, and others.

Compensations and benefits:

• Monthly salary: 20 000 UAH gross;

Of course, we will provide you with all the necessary training and knowledge to perform well during your internship. If you complete your project successfully you will get a chance to become our permanent employee after you graduate from university.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 6 year student or recent graduate;
• Leadership & Self-starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong English verbal and writing skills;
• Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.
