RAIN's two main business lines are:

a) company interim management and management consulting, primarily offered to Clients in Ukraine and

b) a fast growing in-depth market research worldwide for leading companies in various industries.

For more than 9 years RAIN has been a systematic partner of several, globally recognized TOP-10 management consulting firms. RAIN would typically provide these firms with the following interrelated services:

-finding industry experts,

-facilitating and moderating interviews with industry experts,

-conducting in-depth interviews with industry experts,

-extracting, analyzing, and consolidating insights for poorly documented industries.

All these services together allow our Clients make informed business decisions.

Position Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be a connecting person (arranging 1-to-1 phone interviews to be conducted by RAIN senior colleagues), as well as a key source of trustworthy market data and insights (conducting 1-to-1 phone interviews by yourself). Our business will require of you to gain access to experts around the world with deep industry knowledge (we'll teach you how). You will be expected to evaluate Client needs, research companies and markets, find and engage subject matter experts who meet knowledge requirements, conduct in-depth interviews, analyze and consolidate key findings into a 'big picture'.

One day you will be collaborating with a Client and experts in the study of the competitive landscape in the CIS brewing market, the next day you will be evaluating the growth outlook for oil-and-gas market in the Middle East or North America. No two days are alike at RAIN. You will be on the phone having conversations about industry developments, which you will read about several months later in the Wall Street Journal or Financial Times.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST. A second foreign language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese etc) is a big plus.
• Bachelor or Master's degree from a leading university and a strong academic record.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (you will get more training in the company).·
• 1-2 years of work experience (ideally related to research), although this is not a "must" if you feel strong about your other skills and qualifications, listed above.
