Customer Support Manager

The key role of the position is to ensure high quality of customer service and help our clients get the best customer expereince.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, e-mail and online chat;
• Assist with clients' requests and resolve issues;
• Gather feedbacks and ensure customers' satisfaction.

We are looking for people, who meet the following requirements:

• High level of English is a must (Upper Intermediate or higher);
• Fluent Russian and Ukrainian;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Quick-learner and able to multitask;
• Experience in customer service / call center environment will be a plus.
