Customer Support Specialist

DexDigital - a fast-growing e-commerce company is looking for a talented and energetic customer support representative to efficiently maintain customer relations and process incoming orders.

This is a position for a person who is ready to mix 3 shifts:

Morning shift:7 AM - 3 PM;

Day time Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM;

Night Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM.

Position requires working from our office in Kyiv a minimum of 5 shifts per week. Over the course of the next 6-9 months, the department will expand to twice its size now, and you can be one of the pillars of this tremendous growth.

You will be expected to bring the following results:

• Full coverage of incoming workloads and customer maintenance;

• Efficiently managing executors by safeguarding the delivery of the product and monitoring its basic instructions compliance;

• Excellent and friendly communication tactics both in chat and by the phone;

• Achieving close to 5% or complete elimination of the product delays, dispute escalations, or cancellation indexes;

• Following and attaining objectives per personal development plan;

• Bug-reporting and CRM optimization suggestions.

An ideal candidate possesses the following qualities/values:

• Relevant work experience from 6 months;

• Outstanding English knowledge: both written and verbal;

• Responsible, able to fireproof every single decision taken;

• Time-bound, attentive to detail;
