Job description :

We are searching for a person to manage itineraries and hotel reservations of clients (mainly individuals or small groups), travelling to Ukraine and booking their services mainly via online reservation systems.

The above includes:

• communication with clients from all over the world (fluent English is a must) both via telephone and e-mail, sorting out all the issues, connected to their reservations;
• communication with providers of travel services (e.h. hotels);
• daily work with various online platforms and company's enterprise resource planning system
