Professional requirements:

University degree in law

PQE from 3+ years, preferably in international or established local law firms

Good knowledge of commercial and corporate law, relevant experience

Fluent English, additional languages are a plus

Job description:

Research, drafting, project management jointly with senior colleagues

Legal knowledge management

Business development activities where appropriate
