Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Czech.
Main Responsibilities:
- respond to customer inquiries;
- answer phone calls and business letters professionally;
- research required information using available resources;
- handle and resolve customer complaints;
- process orders, forms and applications;
- identify and escalate priority issues;
- follow up customer calls where necessary.
Education and Experience:
- University degree;
- knowledge of computer literacy;
- fluent knowledge of Czech;
- intermediate level of English;
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- good data entry/keyboard skills;
- knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
