Dealer support manager (Indirect Sales)

Job Requirements:

• Higher education
• Analytical skills
• Good and effective communication and negotiation skills,
• product presentation experience
• Strong orientation on results,
• ability to work on a team
• Business and customer orientation
• Proven project management skills and leadership capabilities
• Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, good spoken and written English (Intermediate level and above)
• Knowledge of IT and modern technology business solutions area will be an advantage
• Readiness to work «in field»
• Driving license (B) min. 3 years of driving experience

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned partner relationships to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to advance sales opportunities;
2. Identify, recruit and develop potential business partners to drive channel sales;
3. Ensure partners are being supported in a satisfactory way to drive sales;
4. Understand partner goals and strategies in order to align solutions for mutual success;
5. Building rapport with partners and driving sales and revenue by training and coaching them to successfully sell products;
6. Demonstrate success in negotiation, conflict management and diplomacy;
7. Closely monitor partner performance and partner pipelines;
8. Build effective relationships with partners;
9. Create an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement;
10. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence (i.e. best practices);
11. Collaborate with partners to align goals, strategies and KPIs;
12. Providing correct information on a daily basis in the internal reporting system.
