Back end developer Java(/middle+/senior)

FDI Ukraine is the IT-company dedicated to developing software for Smart Cities. The company was founded in 2011. Since 2016 our experts have been working on different projects in Kyiv and other cities, implementing e-government principles in the management of transport, medicine, civil activity etc.

We are looking for

 Java developer (middle/senior)  to join our team, implement and develop the Smart City product line.

We're expected our candidate to be a self-starter, responsible, proactive professional with high communicative skills, able to propose different solutions, team player at work with the passion to learn more fascinating stuff.

Required skills

• 2+ /4 years of experience in software engineering,
• Experience in designing and development of large-scale, high-load software solutions.
• knowledge of the Java 8.
• Hands-on experience in Spring (MVC, Data, AOP, Security,Boot, Cloud)
• Good knowladge of ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA)
• Experience in developing web services (SOAP , REST) and using both relational and non-relational data stores
• Experience in developing Unit test cases in JUnit or other unit testing frameworks (Mockito, EasyMock, PowerMock)
• Deep understanding of building/maintaining continuous integration and deployment environments (Jenkins, GIT, Grunt, SVN etc.)

As a plus

• Experience working with Big Data (Spark, Hadoop)
• Working with cutting-edge technologies (Cloud, MIcroservices, Virtualization, Orchestration)
• Understand how Kafka, RabbitMQ messaging is working
• Knowledge or experience in UML
