Development Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Participate in projects in a role of Technical Manager/Team Lead
  
• Managing technical team of 10+ people
• Build state of the art engineering teams of professionals
• Human resource management including: training, motivation, performance management, conflicts resolution
• Improvement and implementation of software development methods and procedures across projects to deliver high quality solutions
  
• Best Practices and Standards introduction and development

Qualifications:

• High Technical Degree
• Technical/development background (Java, Oracle, Cloud)
• Minimum of 3 years of software engineering leading experience. Experience within international and/or distributed teams is a big advantage
• Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies (at least waterfall and several iterative ones)
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, ability to interact professionally with the Customers as well as Company Management
• Excellent technical English skills (verbal, written, technical)
• Background within OSS/BSS domain will be a strong advantage
• Architect background in distributed and enterprise applications is a plus
