Customer care and marketing manager

We are looking for a Customer care and marketing manager, ready to consider candidates with a minimal experience but great motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service at the customer site
• Troubleshooting customers' issues and problems
• Managing website content updates
• Help implement marketing strategy across multiple channels
• Compose content for email marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis and research on our competition; track existing marketing campaigns and report on results.
• Handling different tasks including routine responsibilities like opening new accounts at different web resources, surfing the net in search of particular information, fulfilling tasks delivered by the Project Manager
