Managing Director for Ukraine (advanced English)

Lead (and supervise/monitor):

• responsible for the overall successful operation of the branch office in compliance with internal directives
• insuring that all operational problems are analyzed and solved
• making sure that the branch is meeting the goals in time and meeting the clients' expectations

Connect with professionals:

• build a long-term connection with current customers and assure a constant improvement of the services rendered based on each client's needs
• establishing and developing business relationships with professionals in various areas of activity in order to generate new business opportunities

Apply your entrepreneurial ideas!

• put forth and implement your entrepreneurial ideas to help the branch run smoother
• be proactive and help improve our strategy for applying and adapting our global vision to local requirements
• due to the strong connection between branches via our global management team, your ideas will furthermore be considered at global level as well, offering you the possibility of even new career opportunities within our multinational company

Background:

• University education
• Financial background (accounting, taxes, payroll, legal)
• Good knowledge in accounting regulations and standards
• 5+ years working experience and at least 2 year experience in leading position, ideally in similar field (outsourcing company, auditing, insurance companies etc.)
• prior experience with people management, sales and client relationship management
• prior experience in an international company
• knowledge of accounting / tax / payroll solution is an advantage
• knowledge of ERP solutions is an advantage
• results-oriented person with strong leadership, prioritization and multitasking skills
• strong analytical skills
• high level of business awareness
• excellent command of Russian/Ukrainian and English - both speaking and writing, other languages are welcome
