Responsibilities:

• Managing full cycle of recruiting process;
• Defining requirements, expectations;
• Identifying search areas, pre-screening, conducting telephone interviews;
• Conducting personal interviews;
• Job Offer communication;
• Providing feedback to the candidates;
• Maintaining recruiting related reports;
• Supporting HR data.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education;
• 3+ years of experience in IT-Recruiting;
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher;
• Knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes;
• Knowledge of software development industry specifics;
• People-oriented mindset, excellent co-worker and motivator;
• Ability to detect arising problems and solve them effectively;
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills;
• Very attentive.
