Gambody is a marketplace where one can offer for sale and/or purchase files for 3D printing. Our marketplace focuses on characters and objects from video games, movies, comic books, fiction universes etc.

We are looking for a Community (Customer Support) Manager who would help the 3D printing enthusiasts from all around the world have the best experience possible when working with our high quality 3D printing models.

Interesting and creative work that awaits you:

• The provision of support to customers on the website and via different social media platforms and ticketing systems
• Processing customer's requests and emails

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• Grammatical correctness
• Attention to detail
• Excellent research skills
• Communication skills
• Work experience in IT on a similar position connected with English-speaking market (USA+EU)
• Experience in video gaming and basic knowledge of cinema and comics will be a plus
• At least one superpower :)
