We are looking for Concierge who corresponds to our Leadership Profile - Care, Serve, Learn, Adapt and Achieve.
Main Duties:
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service
- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- To reconfirm, book and change air tickets and taxi for guests.
- To assist in rooming a guest (explanation of room facilities).
- To prepare the morning newspaper distribution.
- To handle incoming mail / package (guest), hotel fax and messages via phone
Requirements:
- relevant experience as Concierge more than 1+ year, preferably in the international Hotel;
- fluent English;
- excellent communicative and interpersonal skills ;
- good command of Excel, Outlook, Opera;
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment;
- good people management and decision making skills, be self-motivated, team player, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly;
- active, social, excellent guest relations and communication, administrative, organizational skills;
- high level of responsibility and attention to details.
