Concierge

We are looking for Concierge who corresponds to our Leadership Profile - Care, Serve, Learn, Adapt and Achieve.

Main Duties:

• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service
• To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• To reconfirm, book and change air tickets and taxi for guests.
• To assist in rooming a guest (explanation of room facilities).
• To prepare the morning newspaper distribution.
• To handle incoming mail / package (guest), hotel fax and messages via phone

Requirements:

• relevant experience as Concierge more than 1+ year, preferably in the international Hotel;
• fluent English;
• excellent communicative and interpersonal skills ;
• good command of Excel, Outlook, Opera;
• ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment;
• good people management and decision making skills, be self-motivated, team player, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly;
• active, social, excellent guest relations and communication, administrative, organizational skills;
• high level of responsibility and attention to details.
