Junior Business Development Specialist

EY Transfer Pricing Department is seeking outstanding candidates for a Junior Business Development Specialist position.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell Transfer Pricing Department services to existing and prospective customers in international markets
• Lead the new client acquisition process
• Convert new customers by reaching out to leads from our large database
• Be a team player by coordinating ideas for sales efforts with team members for ultimate success.
• Develop potential clients and markets
• Analyses and monitors market situation
• Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and marketing presentations
• Conducting meetings with clients

Requirements:

• Graduate degree with a background in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Marketing or other related field.
• Experience in Sales area is a big plus
• Good command of spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility
• High level of self-motivation, proactive thinking and commitment to results
• High level of responsibility, attentiveness, client-oriented approach.
