Salesforce QA

Intego Group for its new US-based client is looking for talented Salesforce QA.

Position is open within Intego's Kiev and Kharkiv offices.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for testing of Salesforce apps: Functional testing, Unit Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment testing, and Security Testing
• Responsible for functional understanding and functional support of Salesforce
• Set up testing environments from scratch
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Write, design, and execute test plans and test cases in Jira
• Test new features and functions of the Salesforce application
• Work on quality assurance (QA)/testing project assignments
• Analyze results of QA/testing, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Review any code changes for bugs, and trouble shoot issues
• Follow Agile software testing lifecycles and methodology
• Work and collaborate with different technical teams, and participate in various business/project meetings

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as Salesforce QA/Tester
• 3+ years of experience as a Software QA/Tester
• Knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge in Salesforce platform and various Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud etc.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration and configuration
• Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology
• Experience in Jira Software and Testing
• Salesforce Certified, preferably with a Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A team player, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
