C#/.NET Team Lead for Lohika Financial Platform Project

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the team of 4-7 developers including QA engineers and DevOps
• Understand and contribute to the technical solution from design through code level
• Oversee the onboarding of new hires assigned to their team
• Ensure that members of their team understand and follow standards of development practices and procedures
• Ensure awareness, involvement, and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle
• Support project resource scheduling and department capacity planning
• Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives

Education, skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in production .Net development using C#
• Good understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• Understanding of Angular 7+
• Experience in MSSQL, EF Core
• Experience in CQS, SOA (Microservices)
• Good understanding of RESTful Web Services
• Expertise with full Software Development Life Cycle including writing Functional and Technical Specifications, Design Documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance, and deployment procedures
• Ability to incorporate relevant technical concepts/best practices and components into an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of architecture design patterns
• Experience with Agile methodologies for software development and DevOps
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Upper-intermediate English Level
