We are looking for a Specialist with good interpersonal, analytical and teamwork skills.
Big work experience is not obligatory if you are able to meet the job requirements.
The primary function is IT support of the users of the company:
detection of problems, diagnosis and troubleshooting, escalation of demands if necessary, to competent specialists, track of the completion status etc.
Written and spoken English
Windows Servers, Active Directory, Antivirus systems
Virtualization: VMWare, Horizon
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of MS Office/Office 365
Knowledge of Excel (working with charts, formulas and pivot tables)
Experience of creating basic reports
Interesting work in a friendly team
5 days a week (9am - 6pm)
Office in a few minutes from metro station
