DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining possible opportunities for improvements in all aspects of on-going operations.
- Measuring the process effectiveness and looking for the opportunities of their improvement.
- Researching, analysing, evaluating and proposing new technology solutions and tools for infrastructure development, monitoring and support as opportunities for automation, innovation and service excellence.
- Assessing technical risk and mitigation plan
- Ensuring quick deployment of the service according to the growth plans
- Supervising internal projects.
- Providing efficient communication between team members to increase level of collaboration.
- Evaluating team members, identifying strengths, areas for development, and developing plans for improving performance while keeping employees motivated, informed and engaged.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science
- Solid technical background in Internet technologies, *nix systems and software engineering
- Working knowledge in Service Management framework
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- People motivation skills
