Senior IT Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining possible opportunities for improvements in all aspects of on-going operations.
  
• Measuring the process effectiveness and looking for the opportunities of their improvement.
  
• Researching, analysing, evaluating and proposing new technology solutions and tools for infrastructure development, monitoring and support as opportunities for automation, innovation and service excellence.
  
• Assessing technical risk and mitigation plan
  
• Ensuring quick deployment of the service according to the growth plans
  
• Supervising internal projects.
  
• Providing efficient communication between team members to increase level of collaboration.
  
• Evaluating team members, identifying strengths, areas for development, and developing plans for improving performance while keeping employees motivated, informed and engaged.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science
• Solid technical background in Internet technologies, *nix systems and software engineering
• Working knowledge in Service Management framework
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• People motivation skills
