Sanofi Ukraine, the part of Sanofi Group, diversified global healthcare leader, announces the position of Customer Service Specialist (One-year contract).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To build and maintain relationships with distributors and wholesalers;
- To control and monitor customers credit limits, payment and execution of contract obligations;
- To proceed with order taking and invoicing. To collect and monitor handling of stickers and leaflets for non-Ukrainian packs per every customer's purchase order;
- To handle and settle customers' claims in the frame of the contract and established internal procedures;
- Under the control of the Customer Service Manager to drive sales administration for continual improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: higher education with specialization in economy, logistics and/or mathematics as an advantage;
- Experience & knowledge: minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, sales administration and/or customer service;
- English (Intermediate+), Russian, Ukrainian;
- PC (OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet navigation, Archivers);
- Core competencies /skills: communication, customer service oriented, negotiation, analytical skills, energy, diligence, team-work.
