For Financial Institutions we are solving the problem of high efforts in finding a suitable bank and for banks we are solving the problem of increased KYC requirements when accepting a new client. Job Description

For our team in Lviv we are looking for a bank relationship manager with the following duties:

  • Research and acquire global banks who will open accounts for Non-Bank Financial Institutions in the payment industry as well as correspondent bank accounts for other banks;
  • Find the right contact person and build and maintain a long term relationship;
  • Communicate with and report to our bank or financial institution clients for whom we build the banking relationships;
  • Contribute knowledge and share insights about the banks we work with, our client relationships and the payment industry in general with our analysts and marketing team;
  • Plan bank visits and arrange travel schedule for visiting the banks.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of transaction banking, correspondent banking and the independent payment industry as well as of the regulatory environment for Financial Services and banks in Europe;
  • Advanced business development skills. Strong B2B and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills both on the phone and in person;
  • Degree in business, accounting or finance would be helpful;
  • Fluent in English both in oral and writing is a must
