Customer Support/Care agent (English)
- Fluent and literate English and Russian at advanced level is a MUST
- Spanish is a huge PLUS
- Minimum 1-year of Customer Support Service experience;
- Excellent customer support skills - ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious;
- Willing to help people to solve their issues with services.
- Ability to understand customers' problems and offer a perfect solution;
- You are an experienced PC and Internet user. Being a technical expert is not mandatory, but you should be able to grasp technical issues and understand their impact on the service being delivered to customers;
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
- Ability to self education and constant structuration of the received knowledge.
- Spanish language will be a plus;
- Effectively exceed customer expectations when answering inbound calls and tickets/chats in a professional and timely manner.
- The schedule is floating 5 pm - 1 am/ 9am - 5pm Monday-Sunday. 5 days a week. Company pays for cab.
